Felipe Beltrame is a 25 years old man based in Santos, although he spends most of his time traveling all around Brazil seeking good stories to testify as photographer.

 

During important moments of Brazil contemporary, Beltrame was there to capture and share what was happening. For ten consecutive days he photographed the terror of the worst social and environmental tragedy of Brazilian history: the dam collapse of the mining company Vale S.A. in Brumadinho. 

 

The serie "Newly-Arrived" show us the tough situation of Venezuelan immigrants crossing the border of the North of Brazil looking for better conditions of life. 

 

In 2019, as photojournalist he covered the Free land Camp (ATL, Acampamento Terra Livre), the biggest indigenous meeting of the world; the 12th Ordinary Assembly of the Coordination of Indigenous Organizations of the Brazilian Amazon (COIAB) for Mídia Ninja; and many other political and social moments.

 

Because of many of his works, Felipe Beltrame was invited to be member of the Environmental Comission of Brazilian Bar Association of Santos as special guest, he gave speechs in universities and showed his photographs in many exchibitions as SP-Arte 2018. Currently Felipe Beltrame works as a freelancer photographer contributing for an international news agency.
